Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship worldwide, we are based in London, United kingdom. Shipping prices will apply and be added at checkout.
Do you have a warranty?
Our products are covered by a 90 day warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. We recommend to read through our take care guide located in the blog sections. This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Tolmount Case through our website.
Can I return my product?
We are always doing our best to make sure that our clients love our product, however if you were unhappy with it, we will be able to help you. If your order was placed within 30 days, please refer to our return section at the bottom of the website or contact us directly to our email hello@tolmount.com
How long will it take to get my order?
The time will always depend on where you are located and what shipping method you will choose. In general we take about 1-2 business days to proceed with your orders and ship them as soon as possible. Once package is proceeded it will take from 2-6 working days to arrive. Overseas deliveries may take from 7-16 business days to arrive.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We are only using UPS as shipping carrier at the moment, if it changed in any circumstances we will inform you about that in the order confirmation email.
Custom Fees and Import Duties?
Custom fee, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in shipping cost or item price. Buyer is responsible for paying these charges.
